antiskid
hi , i got a 05 reg v50 1.8 petrol se sport. great car just the common antiskid message needed to get rid of for mot soon . can anyone recommend a company to send the abs module off to. ive looked about on google . ecutesting and a few others are saying £170 to test and repair. dont think theres any point on buying a used module and desoldering the coded chip for ecu to see module, probably be another faulty unit and if i remove the abc module cover then any repair company wont touch it either , bit of a tricky one.
look forward to any advice please , thanks |

+1 to that, could also be abs sensors, ABS rings issue, lost communication to DSTC module etc etc, just make sure to read the codes with Vida/something decent to figure out what the problem is first before you try repairing random parts.
