Default 123GT 1968 for sale (UK - Hastings)

I've owned my 1968 123GT for 22 years, purchased in Baker Street, London.
This summer I moved to the seaside (Hastings), concerned about the salt air and want to sell to someone that will give it the TLC it deserves.

Good:
Genuine 123GT, paper work/V5 etc.
Rev counter/steering wheel, reclining seats
New clutch fitted with just a few thousand miles on it
Laycock overdrive fully re-conditioned
Bilstein shocks
polyurethane bushes
Classic Swede steering bush
New clutch slave cylinder fitted
Engine originally tuned by Tony Barrett
Low millage
Alloy wide rims fitted
Early radiator grills fitted
New brake pads and shoes fitted
Great engine/gearbox, recently drove to Margate and back to pick up a surfboard.
Skateboard wheel for window winder

Comes with:
brand new rally springs (not fitted)
brake caliper refurb kit.
some repair panels, outrigger, rear bumper mount
Tow bar
good tires

Bad:
Rust!
Needs a lot of welding:
Floor pans, boot, out riggers, handbrake mount, rear bumper mount
Crappy paint job
All chrome removed
Alloy wheels use spacers and special wheel nuts
Tyres I put on are too big and rub wheel arches under heavy load.
Front left brake caliper needs refurb
No door cards or carpets
Seats badly torn

Price?
Would prefer not to put on ebay, open to realistic offers/advice
A non runner went on ebay recently for 4.2k

Can post more photos, but want to get it out there as was a hard decision for me, but makes sense before a winter by the sea (i literally live opposite)

Can you advise if the car is with an MOT, and what is the recent service, maintenance history.
would you describe the car as in good running order?
What price are you looking for; more or less than £4,000?
