Gravelly rattle?

Hi, i have a V70 R 99/T auto AWD, and i have a gravelly type of rattle when driving. It's more noticeable on boost, and quite loud. It's been there about 2 years now, really annoying! The turbo also whines, but i don't think the two are related?
Any ideas?
