We had an identical fault on our 53 (MY04) SE model... It has the RSE DVD kit fitted and that stopped working too... Elliot (very useful member) on this forum pointed me in the right direction, but could I find this fusebox..?? Could I 'eck as like..!! I had both side covers off the centre consol, all the pillar trim panels out of the boot and the end panels off the dashboard... I found three fuseboxes (including the big 'un under the bonnet) but not the one described above...

After about an hour of fruitless searching... I noticed that the rear-pillar mounted fusebox fitted in our car was NOT as pictured in the owner's manual... It's much larger... So, I sat down with the fusebox lids and read through the fuse labels... Low and behold, the fusebox at the driver's end of the dash was clearly labelled up... Fuse 11, 15A (sound familiar?) is the front /middle 12V outlets... The fuse was clearly blown... I replaced it with a nice new 15A jobbie (need to find a source for those micro-fuses) and both outlets and the RSE kit sprang back into life...

Still haven't found the fusebox under the dash on the driver's side...
