Information

VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Clampit New Member Last Online: Mar 9th, 2024 00:19 Join Date: Mar 2024 Location: Perth	Volvo Assistance Not long had my XC60 and a cracking car. Sadly today it would not start, so after phoning Volvo assistance around 1:45pm I was assured someone would turn up. I did say the car was parked in the basement of a car park wth hight restriction but a lorry turned up, and the guy said he could not help. He left with assurances he would arrange for a specialist recovery to turn up. Anyway, after no comms from them, I made 5 further phone calls, and at 11:55 this evening I had to phone again and said I will now have to crash out in my office. Really very poor service and surely that is not indicative of Volvo support? Hopefully we get it sorted tomorrow morning.
