VIDA - need a help

I would like to reach out to any person with VIDA for spa models.
I have constantly problem with side mirrors. They are loosing set position so often. I was already twice in Volvo service with that problem and as always the problem isn't existing when they are driving.
Is there any person with access to VIDA that can download manual how wires are going and connectors in the doors. I could do investigation/cleaning for myself.

99.999% sure the cloned knock off vida/dice don't work with post 2015MY and certainly not on any SPA vehicles.

Yep. Thats why i am asking here if anyone can help. Service guys will not help me

No one but dealers have access to vida since 2015 , Separate Wiring diagrams don't exist , only the factory wiring diagram sheets are available to view on Vida , no sectioned books anymore ( cost cutting no doubt ) which as you may imaging are rather Large and complex on a car like yours and a screen isnt the best way of looking at them anyway. you should keep pressing your dealer leave it with them they should have looked through the service bulletins and put in a technical report to volvo if they are having trouble. For a SPA you must download Vdash / D5T5.
Maybe, just maybe your dice wil work then.

Isn't it possible to buy a Vida subscription for a few days?

A year ago i tried the official Vida page and i could have subscribed for a few days to a year or so. It was only a test so i cancelled it but worked..

Now i checked the site and it says an error but i don't know why.

Theoritacally it should work but seems like it is limited somehow maybe geo filtering or something.

You can try Vdash it is free for basic usage but you can upgrade your membership and also buy extra functions, tuning etc. As far as i know it only work with Volvo VOE adapter if you have a newer SPA, CMA Volvo.

The "original" Vida Dice if for P80, P1, P2, P3 cars.

Thank you for your words. I have contacted Volvo directly by email with video prove. They have contacted with different dealership and they booked me in in the middle of next month. As they say they will be directly in touch with them to make sure my issue is solved.
