Default How serious is a manifold fault and engine oil leak?

I have recently had my 2016 XC90 D5 Momentum D5 serviced and the garage has highlighted two issues which will cost over £3k to fix... One is an "ECM-p200900 intake manifold runner fault" and the other is "multiple engine oil leaks". It's a lot of money and I'm not sure how serious either issue is, particularly the engine oil leak as I'm not getting any error messages and not losing so much oil that I am ever asked to top up the oil. Any advice here? Thanks!

The manifold fault... first check if the swirlarm is connected.... releas it and manually check the swirlflaps without forcing it
You get limp modes?
