Default Transmission Reduced Performance

My 2015 XC60 D5 AWD Geartronic has done 36k miles. Fully dealer serviced last one in Sept 18.
After 250 mile mainly motorway journey Transmission Reduced Performance warning message pops up on dash and auto gear changes down at corners have become a bit jerky. Manual says "Gearbox cannot handle full capacity. Drive carefully until message clears".
Message cleared after parking up for a while and restarting engine and jerky changes also seem to have gone for now. New issue started now though - gearbox 'jolts' when changing from reverse to drive.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution please? I'm on holiday so getting to a dealer would be a real problem however I'm nervous about driving home 250 miles....
Thanks folks

my 2010 XC60 used to jolt from neutral to drive and I thought it was just something to do with the gearbox. Sometimes it would go, but it always came back.

As for the other issue, I don’t know. Sounds to me like it’s not been serviced properly. You might get more luck in the section for your car, pre 2017.
