How to get into the light settings page

Hello, Just wondering why I can’t get into the light settings page on my s80. It’s greyed out. Has anyone come across this before? Tried to have a look in the owners manual but wasn’t much help but does show a whole list of options I should have. The car has the fancy bending headlights ect.

Other than the function isn't there or it's been mapped out in the past due to a fault I would say try it again with either the ign on or the car running.
