Is it the one on intercooler outlet passenger side,or is that the boost sensor or maybe it does both.

Its not the boost sensor in the intercooler... there should be a sensor for absolute outside pressure

depending on year there are 3 ! one in the ECU , one in the intercooler outlet stub under the L/H Headlamp. and one in the inlet manifold on top which is not on all versions. They should all read VERY similar values with ignition on . The favourite one to fail is the one in the Intercooler outlet stub .

Yes the one on the end of the intercooler. Its only an air pressure sensor when the engine is off it measures atmospheric pressure of course which is around 1 bar ( one atmosphere) depending on the weather

The mismatch is a 0.03 bar and throws a code....and it doesnt seem to impair power....or does it?
