Default 1997 940 Torslanda - for sale

Good evening fellow Volvo owners

With a sad and heavy heart my beloved 940 has to go. No fault of the car (which runs perfectly) but finding out my other vehicle (which was due to go for sale) is a Cat D. I can't afford the drop on that one - you know the rest of the story.

If anyone is after a 100k, 3 owner (last one from six months old to last year) with an impeccable record - please take a look.

I REALLY want this to go to someone who really understands these fine cars.

Thanks for reading

That's a stunner with the correct gearbox!

One point though is you've said the engine code except it isn't a B5234T it is a B230FK that engine you have said is a 2.3 litre 20 valve 5 cylinder turbo from an 850 and yours is a 2.3 8 valve 4 cylinder low pressure turbo.

It certainly is a stunner....

What is the difference between the high and low pressure turbo?

LPT is roughly 3.5psi and 135bhp
HPT is 7psi and 165bhp

Turbos are exactly the same it's just a different actuator

0.7 bar is about right. 0.5 bar is the same as HPT
