Time travelling - Ijumuiden/Eemshaven

There is new service from Eemshaven to Kristiansand after a horrible period when no UK ferries went near Norway.
Can one of our Dutch friends advise whether coming off the boat from Newcastle at Ijumuiden (0930) would be a possible connect to Eemshaven, arriving before 1400. Google says 154 miles.
Motorway? Feasible? or is it the longer drag to the Color Line boat Kiel/Oslo/ -again?

We took the Newcastle Amsterdam ferry in May this year in our motorhome, just be aware that although the boat docks at 9.30 you will be lucky to clear passport control before 10.45 and it could be longer depending on how busy the ferry is.
