Do you want new ones ?

the new ones are big money about 123 quid but then there is post etc

https://classic-volvo.com/fog-light-...-repro-fo.html

expensive yeah but new and a limited market for them so short production runs
up the price.

The rubber trim ring around the light is black from the factory
they turn that creamy white colour over time because of UV damage.
The new lights have new black seals too.

I have seen this happen to Windscreen seals to on other cars
A friend bought a set of window seals, reproduction ones from china and they went
creamy white and blistered up in about 8 months....
