Help! Overhauling Injectors on a V50 using a Vida dice

We’re just about to embark on overhauling the injectors on a V50 using a Vida dice+laptop setup, after being quoted £1220 by the garage for replacing injectors with new. Being good mechanics ourselves, we decided to bite the bullet, and learn the new tech. We could do with some help most likely, tips, advice! The Volvo went into limp mode last week, and the diagnostic pointed at injector one is the culprit. We have a guy on hand to recondition the injectors, and now, presumably, we have a way to embed them within the vehicles computer, after fitting them.

once the injector is tampered with " reconditioned " the calibration code is meaningless and you are likely to have running issues again , unless they supply you with a new code. just buy the correct injector from volvo , type the code in with vida and off you go trouble free .
