Your spot on... I've seen these on few C30's and they would seriously put me off the motor. Think someone got bored on a Friday and went home at lunchtime with the design only 50% done.....

Not the biggest fan of them myself but a chap at work has them on his C30 DRIVe.

They stay pretty clean which is a good thing .. his car only gets washed once a year, and thats only if the dealership do it!

Noone will nick them either!

I think they finished the design and then accidentally hit the "Invert Colors" button!

I saw a set of them a few weeks ago in the local volvo dealers on a very lairy yellow C30 as if the colour wasn't bad enough, I did actually think someone had put them on to distract customers from the colour.

They are odd, they always remind me of my fathers old reel to reel tape deck from the 60's!

Still, somebody looked at them and thought "mmmmm they look gooood!"

Seen these on a few Volvo's. Hideous. Are they standard on the DRIVe range? I'd pay not to have them.

Hello

Aren't they meant to be aerodynamic? I've seen them on the DRIVe economy models. From the photo I'd guess that's a V70 with one of those 1.6 turbo engines.
