Default 240 GLT Estate - under 80,000miles

I bought this car sight unseen. Having just recovered it, it will require too much time and money to make pristine.

It's a 5 speed manual (recent new clutch, cam belt and full exhaust). The car owes me £590 including transportation.

It needs a relatively small amount of welding each side of the outriggers on both sides. The offside sill adjacent to the jacking point will require work. Maybe a little on the very end of the NS sill. There's a few dents here and there - the worst on the NS rear door. The leather interior is good (but not fantastic) and would respond well to a Wollies kit.

I currently don't know whether to part it, patch it through an MoT or sell as is.

The latter has its appeal to avoid it taking space in my garage.

While I know you all want pictures, in the first instance if you are interested in buying it as is, please drop me a line with your details and I'll get back to you if that's the route I decide on.

It has stacks of service history, is likely to be mechanically spot on, and could make a good long term driver and rolling resto project for someone.
