XC70 Ph 3 (2008 onwards) Drop down dog guard - Genuine

Have sold my xc70 so having a clear out
This is a genuine part fitted to my 2008 XC70
Good condition, couple of age related marks
Although this works fine it wouldn't stay in the up position for more than about 20 mins, unsure whether this was my fitting or if the strut was worn. New struts can be purchased for about £20 if its needed?
The guards are on sale on ebay for £200, so think £140 is a good price ?
