I keep mine at 32psi front and 30psi rear.
Although I'm sure many would disagree.

Hello Ant and welcome to the forums.
If you're running 215/45/17 on R Satellite wheels, then for the R the pressures are 36psi all round under normal load and not driving over 120mph (approx). However, the T5 is not quite so heavy, so I expect can be used with slightly lower pressures. On the filler cap flap, you'll find the correct pressures for the std. 16" rims, perhaps using the same ratio as those front and back with 36psi as the hightest pressure (front?) as the starting point would give a good result. Oli

I haven't got an R, but they're similar tyre sizes to mine:-
I run 36psi all round, anything less than this makes the car feel a bit odd. Volvo put them back to 30psi when I took it in for a service, and I couldn't work out why the car was so sloppy.

If yours is a 2WD, then no probs. Also, have you noticed that most forecourt pumps are not calibrated. I've tried a couple on the same day (yes bored that day) and all gave different readings by quite a few PSI. Best get your own guage, at least then you'll have a consistent reading. Oli
