Default Ah, but what nivos?

Just to be helpful and ignoring 960s of any type, there are a good number of different nivos.

AFAIK 3 different ride heights (sogmatic, 760T, and Sport). There might be yet another for the B234Fs. There are DEFINITELY three different part numbers for the Sports, manifested by the VIN plate.

I am not sure if the saloons differ again.

Yes interesting I've replaced a couple over the last 23 years but never seen any real difference the one I've just put on is black the older one was blue so that's a volvo blue one I've never towed anything with my 940 diesel

The answer is in the Sach Part No. is always impressed into the body of the Nivo so always see what's already fitted.

The attached pic shows a Sach made Nivo badged as a Boge (all the same firm now, ZF).

The impressed code can just be made out below the Boge sticker but is unreadable due to my refreshed paint work.

If you were to go to the bank and get a loan for new Sach badged Nivos from Volvo I recall that they offer about 3 different Nivos, spring and bump stop kits for the entire 700/900 range, where applicable.

Volvo/Sach say you can replace Nivos singularly. If I wanted a Nivo this sale would interest me.

Bob.
