many thanks for reference to previous thread, my arms look exactly the same with bolt on stops. Will have a look tomorrow to see if i can spot a label with number on it. At present my local garage is waiting for volvo replacement parts which are apparently on back order. They received a pair from factors but they would not fit even though aluminium ones. Will update when any further news. Thanks again for all useful information.

I went with febi arms when I did mine as they were easy to get and febi usually gets a good rep. Seemed decent when putting them on, will see how long they last.

Glad to say new volvo arms have finally arrived so just booked in for replacement.

Had bottom arms changed and kept old ones as spares just in case. Looked at numbers cast into old arms and they are 30666421 and 30666422. Had a look in vida and these numbers do not appear for a P2 V70 t5. Interested to know what they are from as the car is fine with the new arms fitted.
