If your engine is a B5254T it is indeed the same as the one in the youtube video you posted earlier in the thread.

However, that engine was never fitted to the cars covered in this forum. This forum deals with the S/V40 cars built up to 2004 and all had 4 cylinder engines that are somewhat simpler than the 5cylinder ones. I suspect you have a post 2004 S40 so would be better off posting in the S40/V50/C30/C70 forum.

What a cracking guide. As an ex Mechanical Engineering Technical Author of many years experience, I have to say that it is one of the most professionally crafted guides that I have laid eyes upon. Well done that man, and dont stop. I look forward to your next one
