1.8 2003 GDI fuel injector swap

Hi everybody...new member...first post. I have an open circuit on number 4 fuel injector 1.8gdi engine. I'm looking for a bit of guidance before I tackle the job myself...garage want 825 pounds to do it using a new Volvo part. So...anything too tricky when removing the inlet manifold? And...where can I get a decent fuel injector to install that will do the job but is non Volvo? I know I should replace all 4...but cost is prohibitive and I will be buying a newer car very soon...I will probably trade this one in. All help appreciated in advance...

id use genuine parts mate.. i use frf swansea for all my parts use code c3 when you talk to them
