Home from two weeks working in Englandshire so finished painting the fuel tank. Raptor on the bottom and over-coated the whole tank with Jotun Hardtop AX. Now on to the reassembly, woo hoo. 👍

Made a start on the brake and fuel lines. Been a bit frustrating sorting what bits are there, ordering new bits, my flaring tool didn’t have 5/16” dies for the fuel line, lost my old tube bender etc but making a bit of progress now. Need some more clamps, hence the masking tape. Also added 5mm rivnuts to screw into rather than self tappers. Hopefully have her back on her wheels soon.

Thought I’d quickly finish off the brake lines and fuel line, made a bit of a mess of one of the fuel line bends so will need to redo it. Once I have all the clips I can do the final tweak of the lines and all should be good.

Wonderful - but that motor car is going to be too good to drive anywhere!

There is that but I can’t wait to get her back on the road.

She's on the lift, is a bit tail heavy so added the caravan jacks and solid now. Front cross member in so on with the rebuild.

Gave the crossmember a good dose of Bilt-Hamber Dynax S50, it's the dogs. If I get some time this weekend I hope to give the suspension springs a paint. Got some Jotun AX Hardtop for the engine and gearbox so will use that for the springs.
