Sorry, not sure I understand the question - the one on the front right, nearest the edge of the car.

That would be the outer one.
Access can be gained without having to remove the bumper though you will need to have limbs like a small child!
Turn the steering to full lock and remove the five screws that fasten the outer edge of the inner wing liner to the bumper. They have T25 heads. Once they are removed the liner can be peeled back to expose the inside area of the bumper that you require access to.
With luck nothing will be damaged and the sensor will simply push back and clip into place.

Thanks. Actually was a bit easier (mostly) than I feared. I removed just 3 screws, which allowed my adult-sized arm relatively easy access, and sure enough, there was the sensor dangling on its wire. The only tricky thing was to reaffix it, as it didn't just clip in, but must have been glued in place, and it was tricky to re-do that. But touch wood, it is back in place and working at the moment. Thanks again.
