Driver alert system service required

Does anyone have any info on this? The warning has come up three or four times in the past three weeks but has been fine for the past couple of days. Thanks.

I may have found the problem. My last V70 had the common windscreen leak and it seems the XC60 suffers the same. I found two drips of water on the dash so I sealed the windscreen. I'm guessing water has got in where the sensors are at the top. Its been fine since so hopefully I got it in time! Before I bought mine I saw one at a dealer where they'd spent 1k on replacing the windscreen monitors damaged by water, so be warned!

The leaky windscreen on the XC60 is well known. Dealers will usually refit it but think specify if it breaks, the cost is yours

I resealed my V70 5 years ago and it's still fine so hopefully this one is as well.

I was more surprised that there was still cars out there which hadn't been fixed years ago
