Steering column upper u-joint

Hi, does anyone know of a supplier here in the UK (apart from volvo main dealers & ridiculous prices) who sells the top universal steering joint for the volvo 740, the one nearest the bulkhead. Have tried searching the internet without success.

I have tried Nordic, Euro car parts, GSF & several others but no luck. Have a real bad feeling this is gonna be a main dealer item somehow. Either that or a good 2nd hand one. Is this item easy to replace? I am rather hoping I can remove it without having to remove the steering column, maybe by loosening the lower joint & sliding the whole assembly downwards to free the top joint. Would save a lot of work. Has anyone else replaced this item?
