Default C30 losing power = please help!

Hello!,

I have a 2010 c30 R design and over the last 8 months I have had severely reduced power on about 5 occasions (still have power but will not accelerate past a certain level - as if I have put it in a too high gear and there is no acceleration) and lost power totally on 2 occasions (as if stalled), including when accelerating onto a motorway.

No fault codes are showing when checked by the garage. Warning light came up with reduced power on first instance but no alerts since.

The fuel filter has been checked and the garage think it could be the mass air flow sensor. They say it is likely either to do with electrics or power as once started diesel engines normally continue to run.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thank you!
