Cheap Android/Carplay Upgrade from Factory Sat Nav

We're on our 2nd XC90 (this one an 07 3.2) and want to upgrade the stereo again. On our previous I used the Connex kit and a double din stereo but this time wanted to avoid the extra cost of the connex and like the screen being higher if we put in place of the factory sat nav at the top of the dash.

look like they will do the job and require less wiring/install as you don't need to do the whole amp bypass.

Has anybody had any experience with them? Any brands that might actually be reliable?
