what is the pipe that goes from the engine breather filter down to turbo/exhaust area?

id just go with a piece of heater hose or some thing like that cheap simple
im building my own intake and im not going to run the blowby tube into my intake i dont want that nasty oil going into my combustion chamber
im going to run an RDT road draft tube open to the atmosphere

i live in a small town nobody cares i dont think

I put a filter on top off today and took this blowby pipe off. the car seems just a little sluggish maybe my imagination.
