  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

You clever sods probably all know this but if you divide 235.214583 by the number of litres per 100 km you will get mpg. e.g. 5.5l/100 km = 42.76 mpg.

As for my mpg in a 2009 185 bhp D5 XC70 the best I can get in town is around 26 mpg and on the open road approx 40 mpg. So it looks like the new XC70 (2012) 215 bhp model is far more economical.

That's for US gallons, for imperial the factor is 282 to get the figure:
282/5.5 = 51.27 mpg
