Default LCD Odometer

I'm just trying to find out about replacing the odometer before it is too late.
Had some welding done and now the liquid is bleeding across the display.

1. Is it possible to replace just the display or do I need to replace the whole speedometer?

2. If I can, do I need to reset the display at all or is the reading transmitted to the display in some way?

3. If so, any ideas how?

I hope there is someone out there that knows. I found this site while searching for answers.

Thanks in anticipation.
