  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

I never even realised the home screen top view image was meant to be colour coded to my car. The car is currently shown is either osmium grey or silver, an inscription as it has chrome windows surrounds, a sunroof, body coloured wing mirrors but black roof rails (they've clearly been wrapped!). The car is also LHD.

Has anyone found the function to start cabin air cleaning? I've never found the need to use this, but interested in where it might have gone.

I find the driving journal is now more difficult to access and the app has crashed (become completely unresponsive) for me several times now.

I'm a software engineer myself and have taken part in many beta programmes over the years, where I can easily provide feedback and get features improved and bugs squashed. But this feels more like a hurried release of a sub-standard app (yes I know you can switch back to the old interface).

Mine is fairly accurate: V60, Birch Light and right hand drive. It isn’t an R Design though which is apparent by the lack of black mirror caps.

Hi All, new here so hope this is posted correctly?!?
My On Call app hasn’t connected to my MY18 S90 Inscription Pro properly since February, it talks to the car as the temperature at car updates. However I just get told the car is offline. I admit it has sat around for quite a while doing not a lot (haven’t we all) over the last year but even after using it a few days a week for 50 or so miles each time and a good 200+ mile journey over the last 3 months it still won’t connect. App says try with the car running but i get the same message.

It used to be really helpful but now a waste of space on my iPhone Home Screen

Is it me? Should I be doing other than deleting and reinstalling which I’ve done 50+ times now over the last few months.

Subscription up for renewal in January 2022 and at this rate I won’t renew, Volvo support were useless and pretty much uninterested by the tone of their email.

Any help appreciated, thanks

I'd speak with your local Volvo dealer. The support guys at my local place are pretty good when it comes to VOC.

It's possible the software in your car might need reloading.

If after switching back, anyone who then later decides to give the new version another go can delete the app and re-install it and it will install the new version with the same option to go back to original version. I have done so.
