Default Rear Heatshield lower bolts

Are there only 4 bolts holding the rear heatshield on to the exhaust manifold? I've got the two top ones undone and have the right hand one moving doesnt matter how long I undo it for it will not come out there aren't any nuts on the back of the bolts are there?

I'm removing it because it's rusted and beginnning to fall apart also I plan on removing the head gasket in the coming weeks

The lower bolts go into lugs on the manifold which rust away and a real pain to get off. When I replaced my manifold I had to bend them off.

Did you get the manifold off with the heatshield in place by bending it back to get access to the bolts to head?
