Hi! I’m having the same problem with the same model—however the close function works fine from cabin/trunk/keyfob. How did you resolve? Mine opens a little and acts like something is keeping it from opening the whole way. It was working fine until my youngest cousin tried to open it while I had already pushed the cabin button to do so. I’ve already reset the open position, but it’s still doing it.

I fixed mine by replacing one of the boot shocks. Bought a second hand one and fitted with some help. Didn't know which one was faulty so took a 50/50 guess and got lucky first time.
