Default Wolfrace locking wheel nut cover

Odd question, I have a set of classic Wolfrace wheels on my p1800es. They look great and really suit the car. The locking wheel nut on each wheel has a cover which is released by a small magnetic device that you sit in the cover and twist to release and then the cover slides off and the locking nut is exposed.

Three of my four covers come off simply with this device but the fourth just will no twist and doesn’t come off. Which unfortunately means if I have a puncture In that wheel I may be a bit stuffed.

I don’t really want to destroy the cover as it’s a neat piece and I can’t find replacements anywhere, so just asking in case anyone has had similar. I’ve tried the usual WD40 and penetrating oil to no avail so far.
