Default 2015 XC60 D5 Battery code

I'm going to replace the battery on my 2015 XC60, if the car gets left over a week it's slow to start and it is the factory one (7 years old).

Does anyone know off the top of their head what the battery code is? Halfords says 096, Tayna 110, Battery megastore 115.............

Riverside in Hull quoted £163 :-( I'm guessing they mixed it up with a start/stop car (it's not).

Interesting never seen a D5 without start stop after 2014 models.

110 is correct. I fitted the Yuassa 5110 in Jan and very happy (£88 delivered at the time). My car is 2015 XC60 D5 also, not Stop Start.

The 110 is 175mm tall. The 096 and 115 are 190mm tall which is too big. Battery top cover will not fit.

Are these cars built in 2014 registered on 64 plates that Volvo call 'MY' 2015?

model year 2015 would have gone on sale around June 2014

I looked at dozens of XC60s when I bought mine and I found that by excluding 64 plates and older from the search criteria all the cars without start/stop disappeared. I wanted one with the cheaper £180 annual road tax vs £265 for cars without the start/stop.

Now that I have a car with start/stop I'm not convinced it's worth the saving to put up with it!

I have a 2014 xc60 with stop/start which I switch off most of the time.

I only pay £130 a year road tax.

As I understand it, the Auto's were the last to get Start/Stop - my car is one of the very last MY2015 runs, registered June 2015, and being Euro 5 not Euro 6.

Thank you - also reaffirms my confidence in Tayna's online guide from the registration number.......
