440 turbo MBC
Have now fitted a boost and AFR guage to the car, all that is left to do is fit the MBC to increase boost presure a little, what is the correct way to fit one, have had a look and can find the pipe coming from the compresor housing and the one going to the actuator, these seem to go to the boost control solenoid, this solenoid has an additional pipe that appears to go to the recirc valve, any help welcome.

'compresor housing and the one going to the actuator' almost sure this is where you 't piece' off the manual boost controller, screwing it in maximises boost I think because it fools the turbo into thinking its not over boosting??
Also tube from solinoid to recirculating valve, can this be used as the vacum for a blow off dump valve?? Anyway only a suggestion dont take my word on the above!!!! |
