Default Loss of steering fluid -for the second time!

For the second time now, I have lost my steering fluid. The first time this happened was at around 5000 km with a sudden loss of servo power. The problem was quickly solved by replacing an O-ring at the dealer.

When starting up today at – 14 deg C (12.000 km), a warning regarding low cooling fluid was showed in the display. I opened the hood to check the actual level in the cooling tank. It was perfectly OK. However, I noticed that the tank for the power steering was completely empty! Perhaps two wires have been mixed up at factory, I don’t know. Anyway, I will call the dealer tomorrow. Will keep you posted.

There is recall in NA that related to insufficient sealing in the steering gear: http://forums.swedespeed.com/showthr...ing-fluid-loss

Better check with the dealer.
