Just to tail my contribution, 3 years ago I bought a 2015 XC60 D5 (the D4 of 2014 year is essentially the same engine in 2.0 format) with 98k on it, now has 146k on it and only issues have been one broken spring and blocked washer jets. I plan to run it whilst it remains reliable which I expect to be around 180k-220k, but even then it will be niggles like starters and alternators that fail, no major mechanical parts.

Really appreciate everyone’s contributions! Very helpful, and definitely giving me more confidence as long as it drives well. Viewing at 5pm today… will update. Thanks again

Something I've never been sure of is the Geartronic a DSG, Powershift box or a normal TC box?

An electronically controlled TC box with a Sports Mode and optional sequential manual selection of the gears.

My 2008 D5 has done nearly 280k miles now, and I haven't yet had these niggles Ive had mine since 130k, and aside from consumables (bulbs, belts, tyres, brakes) it's had a couple of rear bushes, 2 rear calipers, 2 new springs, and a battery. It's due some refreshing now, but to put all that into context, it has a hard life, and minimal TLC.
I'd say you've got some headroom at 93k
