Sounds just like a whinging key board social warrior to me. I couldn't sit there and listen to him bleat on (repeatedly) about how the rear climate doesn't work when the front is off. I may have missed him saying it (because I was busy slashing my wrists) but what has he done in terms of going to the dealer and getting it rectified?

He contributed to this thread, where some of us tried to help him:

He never said on the thread what he was doing in terms of dealer involvement either.

FWIW I think he has a combination of miscommunication/misunderstanding over specs and his car having infotainment issues.

He hasn't posted since early July.

Reading through that thread, he does appear to have had a run of bad luck but the first instance I would have done is straight back to the dealer to sort, not waste hours crying about it on YouTube.
