Correct - they were on my original order, but got removed by the factory a few weeks before build date unfortunately.

We were unable to find a date when I'd even be able to re-order one with them at the time, let alone when it would actually get built/delivered etc. So I decided to go ahead without - didn't have them on previous car so not like I'm downgrading as the rest of the car is considerably better spec'd anyway.

Also not complaining about cheaper monthly costs..!

Did they remove adaptive cruise from your order or just BLIS? I had adaptive cruise on an old Golf and really miss it from my current car so would be disappointed if they spotted it from the order.

Will have to look at the storage pack. I've been undecided between the Volvo standard guard or an after market divider and guard that's cheaper. Not sure what the best option is tbh.

Both - as well as the 360 cameras too (just got rear cam now). Adaptive cruise was never a massive thing for me fortunately so I don't miss it now, but I can see it being a pain if you really wanted it!

Yeah worth a look for sure. Can't comment on 3rd party ones as I've never had one, but this Volvo one seems nicely solid, as did the OEM one that came with my XC70 a few years back. I like that the Volvo ones have the gas strut arms that allow you to fold it up out the way - not sure if the 3rd party ones have that?

Hmm that's disappointing. BLIS was never available but adaptive cruise was and 360 camera became available once more so I added it on. Will have to wait with fingers crossed.

Thanks for the info. I hadn't realised about the gas strut arms, that's good to know and may steer me towards them then. I very much doubt any aftermarket guard would do the same thing.

I can't remember the exact date. It was either May 31st or June 1st.

I've got a long wait though as estimated build date is Oct 14th so I'm hoping that some of the semiconductor issues will be eased a little by then. Not holding my breath though just in case.

I ordered mid-April. Aside from the semiconductor issue though, there were spot on with the due-date pretty much straight away.

Still a shorter lead time on the XC60’s than the XC40s though - we ordered a T4 Recharge Inscription PHEV about two weeks ago, and the expected delivery is around December!

I ordered mid May with a quoted early September delivery. I think that’s a bit optimistic now!

I’ve ordered the adaptive cruise option but BLIS isn’t available at the moment, as has already been said. That’s fine, it was the cruise control that was of more interest. I’ve also ordered the 360 camera, which is available again.

I ordered mine in mid-June and should get it early October as the dealer found one in the queue that he could take ownership of, which cut out a month or so of waiting.

That's good news. Glad they were able to bump it up for you. What model/colour/extras did you go for? I've never had a new car before so can't wait!

I can live without BLIS as I've never had it but decided on a new car as it's so hard to find any brand second hand with adaptive cruise fitted.

It's good that Mindless mentioned how happy they are with the Google infotainment. I've heard people mention some issues with with the software not being completely up and running yet but hoping things are ironed out somewhat by October.
