Default '05 v70 D5 hard start and rough idle

Hi all. My car developed the following issues, hope someone has any experience with something similar.
Its hard to start, both hot and cold, it cranks for 3-4 seconds without any signs of starting and then just starts up really fast and rough
Also the idle is very rough, the whole car is shaking back and forth, revs are quite stable around 700, when driving, it seems smooth.
Ran a vida test and this is what came up

Cleared the faults, only the ccm-0040 and uem-0004 show up, but the issue still persists.
Any help is appreciated

You need to plot a graph (open graphic display) in ECM >Parameters during cranking showing rpm, fuel pressure, battery voltage, engine coolant temperature and mass airflow.

Looks to me like rail pressure isn't building high enough quickly enough.
When was the fuel filter last changed and with what brand?

If the filter is good, next job is a leak back test on the injectors.

If you can, either use genuine Volvo or use Mann, Mahle, Knecht, or Purflux who all make the genuine filters.

I would also recommend using the correct type of tool like the one shown in this video.
