It's possible the software in your car might need reloading.

I called my dealer and next Thursday i will get the newest software update and volvo on call will be replaced with volvo cars

The 'temperature at car' isn't the actual temperature, it's the forecast temperature from a weather server that the app connects to. The actual temperature from the sensor on the driver's mirror is shown only on the driver's display. Therefore the app may not be connecting to the car or the car is not responding correctly.

It could be a problem with the car rather than the app in which case you'll probably need a visit to the dealer.

Any one of you noticed that when you remotely start your engine and climate start to cooling down temperature inside the car air from vents are blue or if temperature outside is equal to inside settings there is white colored vent air?

My assumption is when outside temp will be below car settings temperature air coming from vents should be red?

makes sense that red is the chosen colour to describe what you're saying
