Kastner Barnstaple
Does any member have any experience of this dealership. Is it worth making any enquiries with them re servicing? Since moving to Devon, I am finding it hard to adjust to the 'Devon way of life', especially when it comes to trying to give a main dealership some business. I am seriously wondering if I should remain using my current preferred main dealer in the Midlands.

No experience of that one, but I used to use Kastner Exeter, found them friendly, reasonably priced and decent service.

Thank you both for your replies. I have tried 3 times over 3 weeks to get a response from their two dealerships in my immediate area, sadly, despite all the assurances from three separate members of staff employed by them, neither Volvo dealership has provided the details of their service plan and costing after saying they do offer them. If they can't/won't respond to a customer wanting to have their Volvo serviced by a main dealership, I find it very worrying and concerning. I would send an e mail to the CEO of the company, but I cant find his contact details. I'm sure he'd like to know.
