Is the sensor you have not allowing your car to run or is it just giving you poor running conditions? The reason I ask is that have a good sensor from a VW that isn't the exact part number but might have enough similar mapping characteristics that it would get you running albeit not as Volvo intended. I know they are tailored to engine capacity and region by Bosch for the manufacturers so because mine is for a European spec 1600cc car some of it parameters won't be the same as required for your 2000cc car so it is fair to assume it wouldn't be optima. Just a thought let me know what you think, the Bosch part number for my unit is 0280100007 and I think yours will be 0280100015. Doug. |
