Question How much HP can i make with these mods....

Its been a long time so hello again everyone.

I have just finished a 3 year long full restoration of my 88 760 B230ET and i have added some modifications along the way, these are as follows...

60mm Do88 intercooler
Billet ZRP Crankshaft (28KG) Original 18KG
Forged H beam Rods (Maxpeeding unfortunately)
ARP Head Studs and ARP crank cap Studs
Metal Crankshaft oil Scraper
Ported and Polished inlet and exhaust ports
3-inch Turbo Exit with high flow waste-gate (Cosworth housing i think)
3-inch downpipe into a 2.5 inch high flow stainless exhaust (still has 3
mufflers)
Chipped Motronic Ecu (Boost cut off delete)
Manual boost controller (set to 16psi)
52 A/R turbo inlet housing (still 50 Trim compressor)
AR Gauge
ECU Fuel quantity switch set to +7.5% extra fuel

Standard..
Headgasket
injectors
Pistons
A Cam shaft
ZF auto transmission (yeah risky)

so with that being the case How much power could i potentially make with
the stock injectors and T3 50 Trim turbo ?

Default power!

Probably around 200 to 230 I would think.

Hmmmm yeah i thought so, That's slightly disappointing. I was thinking the possibility of larger injectors seeing as it is still running stock green tops.

Is it 2.3 or stroked to 2.5L? Stock crank is decent to at least 500hp..?

Seemed you have increased the strength and not the power. You need air flow for power. A later block and crank is apparently good for 1000bhp. The main difficulty with the red block is the small head and limited air flow, you really need a custom head.
Fir now you need big boost, charge cooling and more fuel, probably a stand alone ECU and cam timing.

When I read ported and polished that is always a worry as all good head places know that polishing ports is a bad thing and would explain that a fine ground finish is best.

Power wise is going to depend on how much boost you throw at it but 200-250 BHP would be possible. Slightly bigger injectors would be advisable.

Cam are you still running the original A profile cam?

A safe 210 wheel or ~230bhp. At 14+ psi, but it will be dangerously lean up top as the 300cc injectors are maxed out.

That T3 with the correct fuelling will produce whatever a 15g/16t can produce - 260bhp.

Post some pics of the car.👍

Stick an IPD turbo cam in it to really let it breathe! Stock heads are absolutely fine for this power. If you want more flow then bigger valves and deshrouding the combustion chamber is the way to go but for your power figures that would be massively overkill, the 531 head you have and a decent cam will flow more than enough!

I'd definitely get bigger injectors in there too

Nobody will ever know unless you get it measured, but its only a number, see how it feels on the road, then get it professionally calibrated on a dynamometer to unlock the real gains and see what is restricting it at this stage.

very little in it as it will already have an A cam, T3 would be a more logical step
