No idea, you'll have to measure them, but the bayonet version has plenty of clearance inside my corner light housing.
As i said earlier, you are unlikely to need to uprate your indicators.

The "360" style ones with lots of little smds are a bit brighter than filament bulbs, but not by a huge amount - they're better for tail lamps etc. Most of the light from the side-facing smds will be lost within the massive headlight housing and lens. The lens is flat anyway, so the side-facing smds won't benefit other road users either.
The cree LEDs give you the noticeable brightness you want, more akin to modern DRLs.

Thanks, I've ordered a set of cree led ones similar to the ones you linked to, I will update this post when they arrive and let everyone know if they fit or not I'm just a bit worried they might be too bright, they are apparently 200 lumens which is not much less then a cree led torch I have which is very bright! Should show up well in the daylight anyway

Could you post up a link for the upgrade led, they seem impressive at 200 lumens.

If your 900 uses bayonets for the corner lights, then you'll want similar ones to mine - type item number 261166082480 into eBay to see the ones I got.

These are the ones I ordered: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B007...8401762&sr=8-1

I've taken a bit of a chance because it doesn't say how long they are so they may not fit, and if they do fit they might be too bright if they really are 200 lumens each! I know it's possible though because as I said above I have a torch with a single cree led that is 220 lumens. They should arrive in the next day or two so when they get here I will measure them and post the size, and then I'll update you on the fitment and brightness once I've had a chance to try them in the housing.

Well the bulbs I ordered arrived today and it's looking good They are 33mm in length which I was a bit worried about when I measured them because I had read in another post that 27mm only just fitted in a V40 housing, but if you look at the lights on the 70 series the side light is fitted right at the back of the housing and in actual fact there is loads of room in front so the length was never an issue! The was probably not far off 10cm in clearance!

As for the light output I think they are going to be just right. They are bright enough to show up well on their own as DRL's without the headlights on during the day, and as I have the early lights the pattern on the lens makes it look more like a horizontal line rather than a single point of illumination. But they are not too bright to dazzle other drivers at night. There is a bright spot where they are a bit too much if you look right at that point, but in general they are fine and certianly no more dazzling than some of the modern headlights you see! So I think at the weekend I will pull the switch out and cut the wire which turns the headlights on as well in DRL mode and then hopefully I should have good DRL's without having to worry about the housing going dull

My only word of warning would be I think they would be a bit too much with the later clear lights as there is no allignment pattern so the full intensity would be concentrated as a single point.

I tried to take some photos but I only have my phone and they didn't come out very well unfortunately, you couldn't really see the benefit, but I definitely recommend getting a set if you're considering it, I don't think you will be disappointed

Are they the 360 degree ones or the forward only dome ones like I linked to? Yours make the whole housing look bright which is better, mine is concentrated at the bottom of the housing. Any idea what the light output in lumens is on yours?
