if i made a pictorial log of my volvo 440 conversion ... bearing in mind i am 16 years old and i have college 4 days a week and work another 2 days .... (therefore money and time being tight)

would there be any chance of the finished artical being published in the club magazine?

Yes - why not do it on your own website - so evereyone could see it happening?

my parts car got towed away by the dvla today for not being declared sorn (unwarned)

it was declared sorn in the previous owners name but as soon as it went into my name they took away the sorn and i didnt get sent a reminder form/£80 fine

so project is over i think ... im VERY much quids down
