Default My Old 240 Working Hard

Found some old photos from the 80s. Our 240 saloon had to work hard for its living. Maybe we should have gone for the estate model. The sun roof came in useful for moving trees! It was an excellent car. We sold it to a mate just prior to moving to Ireland - well he used to be a mate - he wrapped it round a tree on his way home from the pub before he had even paid for it and wrote it off.

It's a pity that it ended wrapped around a tree due to a bloke who was not aware that driving drunk is forbidden.
Too bad for that 240.
It would have been a classic nowadays.

Good to see it getting used. Been hauling trees around in my 240 today. Estate though so they go inside ;-)
