Default S70 T5 water pump help please

does anybody know how big a job this is? I'm thinking of buying a T5 but it is overheating (its not been driven since this started) yet the radiator is staying cool (the thermostat is opening) so it looks like the water pump needs changing.

Just how bad a job is it??

thanks for the help
